I shot and edited the video documentary entitled "The Last Generation" dealing with the culture of the gauchos of Argentina. I lived on an estancia (Spanish for farm) in Argentina for five days during the filming of the documentary. South of Here is a project by UNC and University de los Andes dealing with everyday life and the history of the Patagonia region of South America.

North Carolina Democratic Primary Voting Guide

I designed and programmed all aspects of a North Carolina Democratic Primary Voting Guide interactive for the Advanced Programming course at UNC. This interactive is programmed using loosely coupled Object Oriented ActionScript 2.0. There is also PHP and mySQL programming in this interactive, adding to interactivity. The PHP and mySQL can be seen in the "Vote" and "Discussion" sections. All of the content is dynamically loaded through XML. I received an A on the project due to the advanced programming techniques and design used throughout the project.

I designed and programmed all aspects of a 2008 Summer Olympics Guide interactive for the Advanced Programming course at UNC. UNC Kenan Flager: Leadership Among Recent Graduates

I oversaw a 20-student team of programmers, videographers, designers and photographers and dealt with all aspects of project, story and website development. This project was during the spring 2008 semester at UNC in which we were contracted out by the UNC Kenan Flagler Business school. I also shot and edited one profile (Susan Easley), as well as taught and coached students in proper video techniques.

2007 Special Olympics Summer Games: Shanghai

Director of Basketball Coverage
I led a team of 30 Fudan University students as the Director of Basketball Coverage. As a team, we shot, edited and produced over 30 highlight reels every day of the games. I was part of a team of 15 UNC students that trained over 300 Chinese college students in order to shoot, edit and webcast every event of the 2007 Special Olympic Summer Games in Shanghai, China.
